KOR-B Steward Leader Profile

The KOR-B Steward Leader Profile is an assessment tool created to help every follower of Jesus who holds a leadership position understand where they are on the journey of becoming a faithful steward leader, and to provide them with a road map to continue their journey. This includes leadership roles in ministry, church, business, government, education, volunteering, and family life. Profiles of people who have benefited from this profile include para-church leadership team members, pastors, business owners, high school seniors, seminary students, public office holders, educators, marketplace leaders, fathers, and mothers.

The KOR-B Steward Leader Profile builds on the last 15 years of work and presents a statistically robust evaluative tool to help leaders excel as faithful steward leaders. The seven meta questions the profile focuses on are:

1.        Are we leading as a steward and not an owner?

2.        Are we leading as one-kingdom leaders?

3.        Are we experiencing intimacy with God in our leadership and is it our primary source of

guidance?

4.        Are we experiencing the freedom of having our identities secure in Jesus Christ as

leaders?

5.        Do we see others as fellow travelers and are we helping them on their journey?

6.        Are we faithfully stewarding all God’s resources and trusting Him to provide?

7.        Do we understand our leadership role as spiritual warfare and are we prepared for the

battle?

These seven broad questions are explored in the 47 specific questions that comprise the assessment. The Profile can be taken at any place on your leadership journey, from anticipation of a future role to a senior leader and retired mentor. The profile is also being used by leadership coaches and organizational consultants.
