Are you a Christian leader who is being weighed down by stress, anxiety, fear of failure, doubt, discouragement, or despair? It is the enemy’s goal to put you in this bondage. The single greatest reason that Christian leaders are either ineffective, burned out, or failing is due to their lack of freedom. They accept a way of leading that is not God’s way. This bondage can spiral downward with disastrous consequences if truth does not set them free.
Set Free to Lead is a nine-part cohort journey that offers you the opportunity to be set free. As leaders, we may not see the relationship between leadership effectiveness and freedom in Christ. Yet they are integrally linked. The chains we wear rob us of the full life God created us to live. For leaders, these chains can destroy us and our institutions if they remain in place. If you have ever felt the heavy burden of these chains as a leader, you know their power.
